Bug Description
The tag at the top of a bug should be "This bug affects me too" and not "This bug does not affect me"
Reason:
A user reports a bug mostly when s/he him/herself can successfully reproduce the bug. So naturally, the bug reporter is "affected by the bug".
Though naturally, if the user wants, s/he can change it to "does not affect me".
