"debug2" in a description/comment shouldn't have "bug2" linkified

Bug Description

As evident in https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/openssh/+bug/25528 , the text in the last note as well on the main description note that looks like:

"debug2 ..........."

Is being highlighted from the "..bugX" part as a malone bug report. Although this is useful when referring to malone bugs, it's quite annoying and is a bug when you want to type innocent text like debugX ... The pattern specifying what to match as a bug should distinguish between bugX appearing stand alone and as part of another string.

please dis-regard these 2 previous comments, they were an attempt to see if this happens only in the word "debug".
