translations should be integrated with upstream

Bug Description
prokyon3 is a product and contains translations[0]. There is no sign/link in the prokyon3 ubuntu source package[1] to translations.
I'm not sure that you should link [0] with [1], since packages can be outdated and upstream new translations aren't always welcome.
I think that at least the source package current translations should be listed, and a link pointing that the upstream project is reachable through launchpad should be a good solution.
