Bug during saving

During saving twice I've got error message:
" Sorry, something just went wrong in Launchpad.

Do you have more information that can help me debug this? Perhaps a string you entered, or what string you were translating?

Just visiting that page right now gets me

ProgrammingError: ERROR: canceling query due to user request

Reloading made it work. Of course I am unable to get it to crash now. Very frustrating :-(
