Merge text is confusing

The text detailing how to merge two accounts together is totally confusing, leaving you with no idea which account to be logged in as, which will get the e-mail and what you need to put in the box.

I suggest this wording:

"To merge two Launchpad accounts, you must be logged in on Launchpad, and have access to the e-mail address registered under the duplicated account. Once you’ve finished, the e-mail address of the duplicated account will be assigned to you, along with everything else owned by the duplicated account."

After reading https://wiki.launchpad.canonical.com/PeopleMerge, this seems a more appropriate text:

"To merge two Launchpad accounts, you must be logged in on Launchpad, and have access to the e-mail address registered under the duplicated account. Once you’ve proven that you own the duplicated account's e-mail address, it will be assigned to you, along with everything else owned by the duplicated account."

If we want to be as specific as we can (recalling Scott's remark on IRC):

"To merge two Launchpad accounts, you must be logged in on Launchpad under the account you want to keep, and have access to the e-mail address registered under the duplicated account. Once you’ve proven that you own the duplicated account's e-mail address, it will be assigned to you, along with everything else owned by the duplicated account."

Wording has been tentatively improved on the relevant pages, with a slight variation. Please reopen if you feel this is still a problem. Now let me land this thing in PQM!
