What you see:
* A search form that never returns any bug reports, no matter what you search for.
* "0 bugs fixed elsewhere"
* "0 open CVE bugs"
* "0 incomplete bugs can expire"
* "Review nominations"
* "List all open bugs" (which is gratuitously misleading, since Launchpad knows there aren't any)
* "Subscribe to bug mail"
* "Report a bug"
* "Ask a question"
What you should see:
* "None of the _1140 open bugs in Bazaar_ are targeted to series 1.8."
* "To propose a bug to be fixed in a 1.8 release, choose “Nominate for release” from the bug report."
