<https://launchpad.net/~ted-gould/+archive> shows that Ted Gould has a PPA containing a fast-user-switch-applet package for Ubuntu. But this fact is not mentioned on <https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fast-user-switch-applet>. It should be.

One way of doing this would be to have a "Personal package archives" section after the "Published versions and upstream associations" section on the package page.
