ppa apache index should link back to launchpad

Bug Description

A google search for "bzr nightly ppa" points to http://ppa.launchpad.net/bzr-nightly-ppa/ which is the ppa itself, and gives a nearly-empty Apache default index page. It would be nice if this included a link back to the Launchpad application page about this, <http://launchpad.net/~bzr-nightly-ppa/+archive>.

Maybe you could drop a simple README.html into this directory when it's created.
