Will not allow me to use VirtualBox as a package, even though it lets me select it using the Choose button

Bug Description
While trying to file a bug report on Ubuntu + VirtualBox, I selected Ubuntu as the Distribution, then clicked "Choose..." next to the Package field. I did a search for "virtualbox". The first option was "virtualbox", which I clicked. After typing in my Summary and clicking Continue, I am presented with the error: "There is no package name 'virtualbox' published in Ubuntu".
