Can't specify that the series you're registering is the new development focus

1. Register a new series as the development focus for a project you administer.

What happens: You have to register the series, then go back to the project page, then choose "Change details", then scroll through the form to the "Development focus" section and choose the series you just registered.

What should happen: There should be a checkbox on the series registration page to specify that this new series is the new development focus. The caption for this checkbox should mention which series is the current development focus.
