I can think of three ideas for this:
1) Activate ~janitor's account, and add some information on it's description;
2) Create one static page for it - don't know if it's doable or not;
3) Provide more useful information on help.launchpad.net about Janitor's role (more than in the 'Bug expiry' section) and close this bug.
What do you registry guys think about it? |

Who/what is Launchpad Janitor? Some bug comments of his/her/its seem to indicate that it might be a bot. Don't the bug comments imply that it uses Launchpad?
If it doesn't use Launchpad, why does it have an account on Launchpad solely to declare that it does not use Launchpad?
Seems sort of like a page with lots of other text saying "this page intentionally left blank". :-) |

~janitor is considered invalid by Lp vocabularies so it we cannot use it in searches. We cannot search for bugs that ~janitor changes. |
