Bug Description
Reading about the searchTasks method on https:/
* status/importance: a list of this values is also supported, where list is a json encoded list object
* tags: separating the list by whitespaces does not work, it has to be a json encoded list
* some descriptions are missing (for example it not clear what a component is)

tags is fixed in the merge for bug #574835 (and was also reported as bug #569447 and perhaps other places). That merge also improves descriptions for other parameters, including component, and documents status and importance as a value or list of values. So I think this can be set as a dupe.
