Make it possible for user to flag a bug as affecting them (using a standard form)

I think that the UI for this feature should be more fool-proof. The current implementation can be easily overlooked.
The "me too!" button should be under the "add comment" button to discourage new users to write just plain "me too" comments.

I don't see any counter of "me toos" (the number of users affected by the bug) nor any list of users affected. People should see that the Me Too button does have an effect. If they won't, they'll submit "me too" comments anyway.
Also it should be decided whether the me-too button subscribes the user to the bug or not.

took me a good 30 sec to find it just on the top of the page.

either place it next to subscribe, or as Pzemyslaw said, next to "add a comment".

Different bug, but if placed next to "subscribe me" maybe both could act on just a click, instead of opening a new page. so make it easier to rollback, maybe a small balloon with Undo on it (like gmail does)
