When viewing a comment there's no way to get back to the bug report

Bug Description

When viewing an individual bug comment, there's no way to get back to/visit the full bug report with comment history without going into the address bar and manually removing the "/comments/n" section of the URL.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/terminator/+bug/227263/comments/1
2. Try to get back to the full report for bug 227263 without manually editing the URL in the address bar.

Most bug sub-pages now linkify the bug number at the top left hand corner; the comment page should do that too, evidently.
