Bug Description
Hello!
Attempt to send bug report which is created by application's exeption handler (log file) as atachment is refused by LP as being unsigned although the message is properly signed.
At first I thought the problem is due not using my primary email address registered at LP, but now I see it fails even when sent via primary address.
I'm attaching the complete Submit Request Failure message received from Malone as mbox file.

Hi!
I just checked by opening bug report without attachment and then sending another email with attachment and it works with the same GPG key which makes email interface quite crippled :-(
Attached files are usually sent along with creating bug tickets - e.g. traces etc.
Another problem is dumb error message reporting there is problem with unsigned email when in fact it's completely another issue :-/
