Too much karma for blueprints

Bug Description

I think Launchpad gives too much karma for blueprints ("specification tracking"). For example, I already have 8k just for mainly tracking blueprints of my small project... (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/~vperetokin). While the real deal is in the code that comes out of the blueprints.
