link from person page to bugs that need info from them

Bug Description
It's pretty common at the moment that bugs will be set to Incomplete to wait for the reporter to provide more information. They do get a mail for this.
If they don't act on the mail straight away I suspect they may not find the bug again, and this would cause the bug to expire.
It is possible to do a search for 'bugs i'm subscribed to or reported that are incomplete' but maybe there should be a more straightforward link to this?
