Search doesn't find private bug

Bug Description
I can't find a private bug via the search interface, even though I have access to the bug
Bug #258387 is a private bug in the 'trans' project. I have access to the trans project. I tried to search for the bug using search terms like 'vm.mmap_min_addr', 'mmap', and 'mmap_min_addr' (the bug title is 'vm.mmap_min_addr not recognized"). None of these search terms worked.
Though search doesn't work, I can see the bug in the listing of all open 'trans' bugs:

To reproduce:
1) Visit https:/
2) Visit https:/
3) Return to the main 'trans' bugs page. Use the 'search' widget at the top of that page to search for 'vm.mmap_min_addr'. The search returns no results.
4) Try searching for 'mmap'. No results.
5) Use the advanced search widget to search for the bug. It doesn't return any results either.

I just discovered that a search for 'recognized' correctly retrieves the bug. Is there something special about the string 'vm.mmap_min_addr' that makes it immune to searches?
