Trailing "..." in ATOM feed entry titles even when commit message is complete

I've noticed that feed entry titles always have the trailing "...", even if the whole commit message could fit in.
While it is certainly a very minor issue it can be quite confusing and sometimes makes commit messages look funny.

Do you have a URL for a feed which demonstrates this problem? It'll make it easier & faster to fix if you do.

The code trims the commit message at the end of the first line or at 60 characters, whichever comes first.

Some people use bullets for commit messages, and just joining them seemed like it might be icky.
