Submitting a gpg fingerprint fails

Bug Description
When submitting my GPG fingerprint, on posting the form I receive an error:
"Sorry, a system error occurred"
I've tried formatting the fingerprint in various ways but with no luck. Either way, I should get a more useful error message :)

Can you look cprov, me (kiko) or another launchpad developer on the #launchpad channel on irc.freenode.net? I'd like to find out what the exact error is, but we need to look at it close to the time it occurred.
