Bug Description

If this is the first time that you log in to launchpad (or from another computer which doesn't have any launchpad cookie) and that you do it from a already filed bug report, you succesfully login once, but then realize that your name doesn't appear in the right top corner of the screen. If you want to post a comment on the bug report, you need to log in another time. Only then, you are really logued in

Steps to reproduce :

1. If logged to launchpad, logout.
2. Remove all cookies of your browser (clear private information in FF3).
3. Go to a existing bug report (ex. https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/jockey/+bug/258486)
4. Log-in, by clicking in the right upper corner of your screen.

Results :
Constate that even after typing the good username and password, you get back to the bug report, but still not logged. You'll need to repeat step 4 to be really logged on.

Indeed, this is weird because sometime this bug can be reproduced and sometime not. When I published this bug report, I was able to reproduce this bug multiple times on different freshly installed ubuntu computers, all with a clean Firefox profile by following the steps that I mentioned. However, I just tried it 5 times on my laptop now and I was able to reproduce the problem only once. Launchpad worked 4 times like expected and 1 time it did show the bug.

However, this bug is probably not fixed because I see it very often and since several months. Each time that I stop to see it, I think that it has been fixed, but it finally re-appears some days later.

Of course, nothing has been changed in the default Firefox configuration, this bug is tested on a freshly installed computer.

As a demonstration, I just successfully reproduced the bug, and made a screencast.
