What should happen: The project page includes a link to register a meeting or sprint.
What actually happens:
* The project page contains no mention of meetings or sprints at all.
* The main meetings and sprints page <https://staging.launchpad.net/sprints> includes a link to register a meeting or sprint, but it is extremely well-hidden.
* Even if you register a meeting from <https://staging.launchpad.net/sprints>, there is no apparent way to associate it with your project.
This means that pagetests/sprints/05-sprint-creation.txt is incomplete: it tests direct access to the /sprints/+new URL, instead of testing a navigation process that any human is actually likely to follow.
damn. The portlet is broken. I revised the portlet to show the create a meeting link on the project and series page. The problem is that the links do not show when there are no sprints. sigh.
