favicon per-project?

It would be nice for Launchpad to use a per-project favicon. Launchpad's loggerhead instance should do the same.

I don't know if it should be in the branch, or rather pulled from the
project branding on launchpad. I'd lean to the latter in fact (and +junk
should get one too)

We don't do that for project pages within Launchpad. Why should
codebrowse be special?

Because the turtle sucks as a fav icon, and because we want to give
people a feeling of ownership of their space within launchpad.

(I think we should do this for project pages in launchpad FWIW)

I had a chat to Martin -- this is something that's very much inline with our 3.0 goals for UI. Bumping up the priority and unassigning.

Lets get this working on launchpad's loggerhead first.

This fixes another gripe of mine where we have the default loggerhead icon on Launchpad's loggerhead.
