email interface for bug summary should not need quotes

Bug Description
I tried to send a command mail including:
" summary foo bar baz"
but got an error asking for
" summary 'foo bar baz'"
This is overly complex - summary is a one-line field in the web app, why
not just take to the end of the line?

Clearly I meant 'summary' not status above - sorry for any confusion.
