Bug Description
It's currently quite hard to scan for new versions of a package that has its releases uploaded to launchpad using the uscan utility in debian (used to find new releases of packages' upstream).
It would be useful if there was a single page per project that lists and links to the tarballs of all of the releases of that project. Would it be possible to add such a page?
