Bug Description
The Launchpad BluePrint provides a link;
Specification URL:
(Optional)
The URL of the specification. This is usually a wiki page.
There is space for a Summary;
A single-paragraph description of the feature. This will also be displayed in most feature listings.
There is no room on the form for a lengthy description.
If a person does not have a wiki page, or some other webspace, then they are prevented from presenting a full specification.
It would be very helpful if the Blueprint form could provide more space for the full spec,
or
Have a link to an Ubuntu Wiki where the submitter is invited to set up a page.
