Bug Description
When registering a project series, I'm required to enter a "Summary": "A single paragraph introduction or overview of this series. For example: 'The 2.0 series of Apache represents the current stable series, and is recommended for all new deployments'."
I don't think it's helpful to make this compulsory. What would be the "summary" for Linux 2.6, or Gecko 1.9? I suggest making it optional.

Untargeting for now. We want to see how the changes to the series page playout before giving up on this attribute.
