Bug Description
The activity log has languished, while we tend to be conscientious about notifications, so the motivation here is to ensure that we keep the activity log code up to date. It makes sense to have the bug activity subscription stanzas alongside the bug notification stanzas, so that we can quickly see - and so the reviewers are reminded of - what events are being recorded in the activity log and those which deserve notification.
