Bug Description
When you convert a bug report to a question, the bug report page displays an alert, "This bug report was converted to a question". This is correct.
However, the bug report page continues to display an alert, "This bug report was converted to a question" even if you visit the page days, weeks, or months later. In this case the information should be presented in a way that is not an alert.
