Bug Description
I just set up a new project (udd), and went to file a bug against it. I was greated
with a page with three highlighted messages. This page is obviously geared to
try and help Ubuntu users who mistakenly try and file bugs against upstream
projects that don't use launchpad. However, it wasn't very useful to me.
As an admin of the project I could enable launchpad bugs if I wanted, but there
is no direct link to do so on the page.
Also, the link "Tell us about it" is a mailto: link to feedback@. Rob suggested
that going to answers would be better here if the user is logged in.
See also bug 106908.

Oh, I just noticed you wanted the URL of the page:
https:/ /bugs.edge. launchpad. net/udd/ +filebug
obviously this will change in a moment, as I am going to enable bugs.
Thanks,
James
