Bug Description
When a bug is marked as a duplicate of another bug, lets call that the master bug, the master bug should inherit any bug watches that the duplicate bug has. If this does not happen it is possible for the bug watch to be "lost" as duplicates don't show up in default searches.

Ideally this would be a duplicate of bug 165110, but currently it isn't, because bug watches and bug contexts are treated separately.
