"Required input is missing" is a nasty error message

Bug Description
1. In any Launchpad form, leave a compulsory field empty.
2. Submit the form.
What you see: "Required input is missing."
What you should see: A message that doesn't use the word "input", and doesn't claim that anything is "missing", when the actual problem is that you need to fill in a field.
I suggest changing it to "You need to fill in this field."
