Bug Description
Bugs that were initially reported on bugzilla.ubuntu.com are shown in Launchpad as bug reports with an "ubuntu-bugzilla" bug watch. This watch exists so that Launchpad knows which bug report to direct you to if you visit the old Bugzilla URL.
There are three main problems with this:
* Listing the Ubuntu Bugzilla bug watch together with other bug watches is misleading.
* Clicking on the link takes you on a circuitous route straight back to the page you're on, which is silly.
* It's possible to delete the bug watch, and that breaks the Bugzilla URL.
This bug could be fixed in several ways:
* Special-case bugzilla.ubuntu.com bug watches so that they're not shown in the Bug watches box (or considered as watches for the purpose of deciding whether the box should be shown at all).
* Remove the bug watches box entirely, using the Affects table instead.
* Reimplement bugzilla.ubuntu.com redirection in some way that doesn't involve bug watches.

If someone clicks on a link to <https:/ /bugzilla. ubuntu. com/show_ bug.cgi? id={number}> -- for example, in a debbugs bug report, or an old mailing list message -- bugzilla.ubuntu.com redirects them to <https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/bugs/ bugtrackers/ ubuntu- bugzilla/{number}>. Launchpad then uses the bugzilla.ubuntu.com bug watch to work out which Launchpad report they should be redirected to. If the bugzilla.ubuntu.com bug watches weren't present, this wouldn't work any more.
If there are problems with these bug watches being present, I suggest reporting bugs about the specific problems.
