Bug Description
A user has two email confirmed, A and B, and email A is his contact email.
If he's logged with email B and he try to change his contact email from A to B, his account will be blocked.
When he try to connect again with the email A, a message appears "You cannot to this account." and the user cannot log into.
Moreover if he tries to merge this account with another one, the merge's process with email A success but the account is'nt merged as another email exists on the account.
