Upload processing fails when two uploads (ppa and main archive) are processed at the same time

Bug Description
Hi,
I uploaded a package to the main archive (intrepid) and to a ppa within a minute and the uploads were processed at about the same time by Soyuz which caused an internal error when processing the main archive upload.
It might be best to reprocess failed uploads for this failure a second time when everything has been processed.

We have to discuss a plan reduce the chance to of conflicting operation when processing uploads, but since it's very rare (first time I see it) we have some time. It may be also partially solved when we have a smarter upload daemon.
