Bug Description
It'd be neat if you could link to an existing comment in the current bug report by just using 'comment 133'. I'd like the behavior to be similar to that of mentioning 'bug 195982'.

Indeed, I like this idea, I'd like to expand Brian's suggestion and allow comment references anywhere in Launchpad with something like "comment XXX/YYY, where XXX is the bug number and YYY is the bug comment number.
