Bug Description
Today in the meeting Matt Revell raised this issue:
<mrevell> Recently, we've had a number of users who have written to the feedback address complaining that they are receiving large numbers of bug related emails. They've subscribed to a project or distro and don't know how to turn it off.
And Stuart suggested:
<stub> Do we want to record metrics of how many bugs a particular structural subscription would generate per day? The average so far? Then we could warn users how much traffic they are going to get.

We probably already have the information we need in the form of the *Notification entries - it just might be a case of calculating an average per day to alert the user.
