No complete overview of a binary package's history

Bug Description
The only publishing history that we can see for binaries is within a DistroArchSeries, which is a very limited view. It's also all very inconsistent with sources: DS SP pages don't have a history at all, while DSSPRs do, yet DAS BP pages do have a history (though it's more like that on the Distro SP page than anything else), and DAS BPR pages do not.
It's also rather lacking in the navigation department.
