Easier packaging searching

Bug Description

Currently, when you search for something such as 'gnome-panel', in Ubuntu, the package appears. If you searched 'gnome panel' without the dash, it returns no results. Often times, when a less experienced user tries to report a bug, they are unaware of these issues, and therefore do not include a package. It would be much more useful for reporters, triagers, and developers if this feature were to be enabled.

I mean that when you report a bug, it is necessary to provide a package, else wait for a bug triager to do it for you. For example, you could change this bugs project from Malone to something different. In a project with many packages, such as Ubuntu, when you search for something like 'gnome panel', it returns no results. When you search 'gnome-panel', it does return results. Somebody reporting a bug for the first time will not be aware of these, and will just leave the package blank.
