Add milestone links to bug home page

Bug Description
One of the primary purposes of milestones is to schedule bug fixes (that's how my projects are using it, anyway). It would be helpful if the "Active milestones" portlet from a project's overview page were also displayed on the project's main bug page. Since milestones can be considered a form of filter or tag, it seem strange that they wouldn't be displayed by default on the main bug page.
