"Help and support options" for a package should allow for customizable text

Bug Description
If I choose "Help -> Get Help Online" in Pidgin, I get sent to this page:
https:/
It'd be nice to be able to put some text there (like you can with projects and teams). That way, links could be added to other support resources.
