Move help.lp.net/Bugs/Statuses/External into Launchpad proper

If the changes in bug #192084 are accepted, the remote bug status mapping tables will be self-documenting. This gives us the opportunity to add pages to Launchpad proper to display these tables, derived directly from the current code. This would mean that the tables are always up-to-date, and would remove the burden of manually updating the help wiki. These pages would probably appear somewhere under /bugs/bugtrackers.

+1. We created the wiki page simply because it was easier at the time than adding the status directly into LP.

Unmarking as a duplicate of bug 29495 because this is about the external bug status mapping tables, those which translate the statuses in remote bug trackers into Launchpad statuses. I've updated the title to reflect the new location of the wiki page that this bug is intended to replace.
