Bug Description
The upload warning raised when a 'debian/copyright' file wasn't found in the uploaded source package is not clear enough. It simply says "No copyright file found." which is sort of misleading when the upload is mixed, for instance.
A clearer warning would be "debian/copyright not found in the uploaded source." (or something brighter if possible, ask distro-team).

While there we could also take the opportunity to highlight the warnings included in the acceptance message, so developers would be able to easily spot them in the $distro-changes ML. Although, I'm not sure it's directly related to this bug, just a suggestion.
