Add the ability to add pre-formatted markup to bug description or comments

This is really a feature request ( it'd be nice if I could indicate that in some way besides this text when entering the bug ).

I think it's be helpful if there was some way to indicate that text within a bug description and/or comment is pre-formatted ala a wiki style markup. I especially like when this feature is available in a wiki, as it makes it easy to make a block of text that's really a list of commands and/or code, stand out from the rest of the text.

So that you could do something like:

The bug is blah, blah, blah....

{{{
% lshal > hal.out
% grep net.80211 hal.out
% etc...
}}}

...and it ends up rendered with an outline around the block of text, with maybe a different background color, and perhaps a fixed-format font.
