Bug Description
The NavigationMenu makes ApplicationMenu and ContextMenu obsolete. MenuLink is only used by the two aforementioned menu types. All three classes can be removed when all content objects and applications switch to NavigationMenu.

There is a little complication in that we still need a way to associate "action" links (that are rendered inline in the page) with a context. The easiest way to do that is trough the ApplicationMenu or ContextMenu.
