Show number of attachments for held messages

Currently the +mailinglist-moderate page shows a summary of the messages held waiting for review. It shows the plain text representation of the message body, but it should also show the number of attachments that the message has. This can't be included in the email notification because it requires Librarian access, but it would not be difficult to add in the web u/i.
