It is too easy to subscribe to bug reports for any project (for example https:/
For instance:
https:/
this account has subscribed to the Ubuntu bug reports but it has no activity. Its name seems to be a false account.
A possibility can be to ask to the a project manager the permission to subscribe to the wanted project.
