Bug Description
When translating some strings, most commonly help text embedded in shell commands, having a fixed font used in the translation forms would be very useful because these strings are often formated to be displayed in a terminal (fixed font, 80 columns).
Would it be possible to include a switch in the form that says something like "Use 80 columns fixed font form (useful to translate terminal output)". When the switch is activated, the form would change font and columns.
I am sorry my technical knowledge cannot provide implementation details :)
Thanks

Possibly we should use a fixed-width font for all translation fields, because in translations it's extra-important to ensure that you're typing the correct characters.
