Bug Description
Feature Request:
The process of collecting information in bugs would be easier if template text could be pre-populated. New bugs entered against a certain project would already have a requirements template placed into the "Further information" field. The owner of the project could create and edit the template as needed.
For example:
In the UME project we are ramping up community support and we need a way to collect a certain set of information in each bug. If the "Further information" field could be pre-populated with the following template for all UME project bugs, it would ensure that the creator of the new bug would supply the requirements.
