Store series is in snap pages is outdated

You can see in any snap page, e.g. [1], that store series is set to Ubuntu Core 16 even though the snap is set to any later version.

LP:1818755 had already reported it and was closed with "Fix released" status, so this which I observe might be a regression.

When addressing this, also consider whether

William gave some context. This was necessary for the first iterations of Snap builds - it is unclear whether Snaps for core16 are still built.

Later versions of Snap and snapcraft.yaml encodede the series, so this field is no longer relevant.

I think it would make sense to remove it from the index view - but in order to remove it from the edit view, we would need to make sure that there are no more Snap builds on core16.
